RPE Quantity Surveyors and Construction Cost Consultants was founded in 1966 with our head office based in Port Elizabeth. We have a footprint throughout South Africa and the African continent. Over the years we have worked on various projects throughout Africa and gained a thorough understanding and knowledge base of the African market conditions.

Since our establishment, we have held the Code of Conduct for the Quantity Surveying and Construction Cost Management professions in the highest regard, with every principal and staff member conducting themselves accordingly.  We pride ourselves in our strong work ethic and professional expertise that enables us to provide our clients with the highest standard of professional service and advice on all aspects of a construction project.
